45ph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 45ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 45ph website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 45ph platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 45ph platform and close your account.

To register and use the 45ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

To access the full range of 45ph Services, you must create a registered account through the 45ph Login page. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 45ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 45ph Login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 45ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC Verification: 45ph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID).
• Account Ownership: Your 45ph account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

45ph reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on 45ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Payment Methods: 45ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels. Available methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 45ph wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 45ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso. 45ph does not accept foreign currency deposits.

45ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• 45ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.

Specific wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and validity periods for each promotion are communicated on the relevant promotion page within the 45ph platform.

All games available on the 45ph platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, fishing games, and specialty titles — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures, as applicable. 45ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 45ph will apply its standard disconnection policy. Incomplete rounds may be voided or resolved based on the game state at the time of disconnection.
• 45ph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or data corruption that affected the integrity of the outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. 45ph is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 45ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 45ph platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 45ph platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 45ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

45ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the 45ph support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 45ph platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 45ph content without prior written authorization.
• Use the 45ph brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any 45ph content or software.

Any unauthorized use of 45ph intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 45ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your 45ph Login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 45ph platform.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or account balance displays that may be subject to technical error.

45ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

45ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the 45ph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering on 45ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

45ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account termination for cause, 45ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where such termination results from a material breach of these Terms. Where termination is initiated by the player without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

45ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction.
